Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting of board resolutions, minutes & notices
• FEMA compliances, NCLT matters
• ROC form filings & documentation
• Vetting of legal and commercial agreements

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh BA.LLB graduates (2024 & 2025 pass-outs welcome)
• Strong interest in corporate legal & secretarial work
• Immediate availability

Stipend

₹5,000/month
