About the Editor
Dr. Ankita Kumar Gupta is an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies-TC (VIPS-TC). Dr Gupta has an academic experience of over 11 years and industry experience of over 3 years. Dr. Gupta’s research areas include ‘Sexual Harassment Laws’, ‘Marriage Laws’, ‘Divorce Laws’, ‘Maintenance’,‘Inheritance’, ‘Gender Studies’,‘Women empowerment’,‘Gender Neutrality’, etc. Dr. Gupta has to her credits various research articles published in the Journals of National and International repute. Dr. Gupta has contributed many chapters in Books and has participated & presented papers in many conferences, seminars, workshops and symposiums.
Dr. Gunjan Ahuja is working as an Assistant Professor (Senior grade) in Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies-TC (VPS-TC) since 2015. A gold medallist in Law from GGSIPU, she has over 10 years of teaching experience and more than two years of industry experience. Dr Gunjan’s research areas include ‘Business laws’, ‘Competition laws’, ‘Commercial laws’, ‘Labor laws’, ‘Taxation laws’, and ‘Insolvency laws’, etc. Dr. Gunjan has to her credit various research articles published in the Journals of National and International repute. Dr. Gunjan has contributed many chapters to Books and has participated in; presented papers in many conferences, seminars, workshops and symposiums.
Details about the Event
Call for Book Chapter in the Book “Rethinking Legal Frameworks: Contemporary Challenges and Future Directions”. This edited book would seek to critically examine the adaptability and effectiveness of existing legal frameworks in addressing contemporary challenges across various domains. The book aims to foster a scholarly discourse on the evolution of legal principles, the impact of socio-economic transformations, and the necessity for legal reform to meet emerging global complexities. The volume would be structured around several legal domains and would be inclusive of all contemporary themes.
Eligibility
Academics, researchers, practitioners, and postgraduate students in law or related disciplines.
Submission Procedure
- All Submission should be made in word format to “[email protected]” with subject line Submission of BOOK CHAPTER.
- Manuscript should contain an abstract of not more than 300 words along with 5 keywords. Manuscript can be around 4000-6000 words.
- The Edited Book would follow the ILI citation style. Authors are requested to follow the same. Co-authorship is allowed. Maximum number of Co-authors for a submission shall be restricted to 2 (two).
- The submission must be the original work of the authors and under 10% plagiarism. Authors should also refrain from paraphrasing and AI generated content.
- Submissions should be in Times New Roman, 12 font size with 1.5 line spacing, justified text and 1inch margins on all sides of an A4 sheet.
- Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, font size 10 with single line spacing. Graphics, Charts, Tables, and Diagrams should be numbered consecutively and included in the body of the work.
Fee Details
Authors shall be provided with a complimentary soft copy of the Book after publication. Authors can also purchase the hard copy of the Book on the payment of the cost provided by the publishing partner.
