About NLS NMC

NLS NMC is one of Asia’s premier ADR tournaments and among the few international competitions that bring together all three formats – Negotiation, Mediation, and Client Counselling. We are proud to share that the Negotiation Segment of the XI NLS NMC will act as the national qualifier for the International Negotiation Competition (INC) 2026 – the winner of this segment will represent India on the global stage.

Our panels include distinguished professionals, academicians, mediators, and legal practitioners who evaluate participants and provide detailed feedback. Past editions have featured eminent individuals such as Justice (Retd.) L Nageswara Rao, Mr. Tejas Karia, Ms. Bertha Cooper-Rousseau, among others.

These insights, along with our training sessions by leaders in the field, help participants build a solid foundation in ADR.

We are thrilled to open cross-registration for the Mediation (Client-Attorney) segment of the XI NLS Negotiation, Mediation & Client Counselling Competition (XI NLS NMC)!

XI NLS NMC Key Dates

• Preliminary Rounds (Online): 10th–11th May 2025
• Form Submission Deadline: 11:59 P.M., 3rd May 2025
• Team Selection Notification: 4th May 2025 (via email)
• Final Registration & Payment Deadline for Selected Teams: 6th May 2025 

Registration Process

Registrations are open on a rolling basis. Interested institutions must register by May 3. Universities may apply for one or more segments: Negotiation, Mediation (Client-Attorney), Mediation (Mediator), and Client Counselling.

Final registration and payment will be due by 6 May 2025, and further instructions will be shared with the selected institutions.
